If your Service 1 FCU debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at (231) 739.5068 during regular business hours. Outside of business hours and on weekends, dial (866) 333.4740.
Access your account anytime, day or night, using this convenient and easy-to-use system! To activate CU*Talk, contact our Member Service Center at (800) 879-9697.

1 — Account inquiries, including balances and history
2 — Perform financial transactions, including transfers within your account

*Your PIN will be assigned to you upon activation by a Member Service Representative. It's recommended that you change your PIN upon initial access to CU*Talk; you're encouraged to change it frequently to reduce the likelihood of fraud attempts. If you forget your PIN, please reach out to the Contact Center for assistance.
Text Banking is free* for all Service 1 FCU account holders. The following are text banking command examples and their responses. You can also access a list of these commands via a link in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process. These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).
