BRANCH MANAGER
Service 1 Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Branch Manager. Applicants should exude an energetic attitude, possess strong leadership skills, and have a positive attitude.
Essential functions include:
- Overseeing and managing all activities within the branch.
- Communicating key products and sales goals within the branch to ensure profitable and sound business practices and a high quality of service for members.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop and enhance their skills to provide the best member experience and promote team member growth and development.
- Leading and encouraging a high-quality environment for the team and excellent experience for members.
- Building strong business relationships within the community to ensure continuous business growth.
- Maintaining the operations, facility, and grounds, as well as the safety and soundness of the branch.
- Supporting the lending department by assisting with lending related responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a supervisory position at a financial institution (preferred)

- Ability to make independent decisions

- Ability to analyze and research information to determine a solution
- Thorough knowledge of industry and regulatory compliance practices

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/TELLER (PART-TIME)
Service 1 Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented and professional Member Service Representative/Teller (part-time). Applicants should exude a positive, courteous and professional attitude.
Essential functions include:
- Perform routine member in-person or telephone transactions, including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, loan advances, transfers, check cashing, cashier’s checks, money orders, etc.
- Greet members and guests
- Assist members in opening new accounts and perform necessary file maintenance
- Assist members with account inquiries to include, but not limited to: ordering statement copies, check copies, check orders, placing stop payments, facilitating unauthorized transaction disputes, electronic services tutorials, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience in financial institutions (preferred)
Required Skills:
- Ability to represent Service 1 FCU in a professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and research information
- Flexibility in work assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
